"Watching him flop in an NBA game is like inserting one of those Life Alert commercials - I've fallen and I can't get up! - into Cirque du Soleil. It tears at the fabric of the creativity of the NBA."
@colincowherd says it's time for the NBA to address SGA's flopping
Trumps biggest geopolitical blunder is Ukraine, by far.
It’s genuinely baffling.
Being friendly with Russia, and harsh on Ukraine, makes no sense strategically, financially and—most importantly—morally.
It’s genuinely insane.
The Vice President Vance literally said that he is PROUD of not supporting Ukraine. What a disgrace.
Russia is not an ally to America.
They stand opposed to the Western world in almost every way.
If they could push a button and make America self destruct, they would.
In Ukraine, you have a brave people who LOVED America. A people who would be powerful allies to the US on multiple levels.
Throwing them under the bus at their time of need is a grave mistake.
Ukraine will rise from this war against their aggressor as a formidable power.
They will get there despite Americas lack of support.
I fully support Trump in his actions against the Islamic regime, and his support for Israel. I will continue supporting and cheering him on in that regard, with alacrity.
But his stance against Ukraine really is an embarrassment. A huge mistake. History will not look kindly on that aspect of his actions.
The impact of SSRIs on suicide is complex. While they can reduce depression short-term, research suggests they may also be linked to completed suicides in approximately 1 in 500 cases. #Psychiatry#SSRI#MentalHealth
@MikhailaFuller Giving the voiceless a voice. My mother was diagnosed bipolar and began her psyche med journey bouncing from doctor to doctor. Was prescribed everything from benzos to SSRIs. She died from suicide in 2010. I wish I would have known what I know now.
Saturday was yet another traumatic example of the evil in our country and the continued rise in political violence. I’m taking time to spend with my family.
I will be joining The Charlie Kirk Show Wednesday at 12PM ET to briefly address what took place. Enough is enough.
The viciousness towards Erika is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. Just absolute psychopathic cruelty being casually exhibited by huge numbers of people on both sides of the aisle. Even if you don’t like Erika for some dumb reason, this treatment is still deranged and cartoonishly evil. There are women in public life who I despise but if their husbands were shot and they were left raising young children alone, I wouldn’t mock and bully them. I wouldn’t pretend that I suddenly like them either. I’d probably just keep my mouth shut. That is also an option. If you don’t like Erika, you could always just focus on something else, rather than putting your wickedness on display for the world to see.
I don’t want to share the video of Erika Kirk last night but that’s what PTSD looks like. Heartbreaking. The mockery it triggered just strengthens my faith in God. There are times when seeing the good in the world is more difficult, but you can always see the evil.
I do not talk about this publicly, but close friends and family know that I credit Dr. Jordan Peterson for turning my life around.
It was his book, Maps of Meaning, and his biblical lecture series that set me on the path I’m on today as a writer & journalist.
Writing saved my life, it fundamentally changed everything about me, and it was the Peterson family’s platform, Essay, that I first started writing on.
Within days of using it I had written 50,000 words—more than I had in 10+ years. I even sent an email to your brother thanking him for building the platform that finally gave me clarity.
To this day, I still have a hand written letter that I intended to give Dr. Peterson the day that I met him—not by paid attendance, but by invitation. As it was one of my goals to earn that invitation.
I set 5 goals in 2022 to accomplish over the next 5 years. I’ve achieved 4/5.
I pray for your father’s recovery, and your entire family, daily, Mikhaila.
Thank him for teaching me to always Aim High.
Joe Rogan: "Everybody that I know that pushes themselves very hard in the gym or running or whatever... they’re the most happy and the most relaxed, and they’re able to face adversity much easier than people that don’t take care of their body."
Good Friday reminds us of Jesus Christ’s sacrifice. May this day further deepen the values of harmony, compassion and forgiveness. May brotherhood and hope guide us all.
@TheAudacity_26@TheDunkCentral Disciplining your children is loving them. My children love me dearly and call me the “best daddy ever” yes they all have got spankings and still do when called for.
