The Tennessee Titans and DT Jeff Simmons have agreed to a 3-year, $35.3 million per year extension that includes $100M guaranteed, as confirmed by @toddfrance_ on instagram.

The deal makes Simmons the highest paid DT in NFL history, and was negotiated by France and A.J. Stevens of @athletesfirst.
