@marcelruetters Unfortunately we can confirm that some users don't see their "recently played" list updating. Especially streams via the desktop app seem to be affected.
Since we're using the Spotify API directly to retrieve the recently played tracks, we currently can't do much on our end.

@imbasedonline The order of your ranking isn´t only based on the play count of a song or artist.
For each track/artist an affinity is calculated, that is based on factors like for example if you manually selected a song or got it recommended through a radio station.
We noticed that Spotify currently is experiencing issues tracking a users recently played songs. As a result, the recently played feature on our website is currently not updating with new songs.
We have to wait until this is fixed on Spotify´s end.
Unfortunately we still don't have any updates about this. The issue is still ongoing and hasn't been fixed by Spotify.
Here you can view Spotify's official statement about this: https://t.co/rqfsnMGbo2
@OldManWhoBets@AlanHerringtonn On our website you have the ability to directly create a playlist of you current ranking. For this to work, we need this permission. We don´t edit or read any of your other playlists in your account!
@bot_seungmin Stats are updated for each account approximately every 24 hours. There is no exact time when this happens and not for every account at once.
@fakenasaofficia Sadly Spotify currently provides no mechanism, to retrieve the exact play count for any song or artist.
We will try to find a solution, to view data related to play count in the future.
