@skytv give a 70 year old woman a skytv deal....then cancel engineer AND cancel the contract without informing them, leaving them without it for Xmas! then telling you, you can't do it for the original price anymore! Terrible customer service @skytv - formal complaint on the way

@philgrovesuk @dan_routledge I am the same @philgrovesuk . I would have rather picked a new seat, than be put in the away block! They didn't need to lie to me (thinking I didn't know better) and try to tell me the seat was no longer being used and had a restricted view, and then sell it for double the price

Am so angry with @gbbasketball right now. Tickets go on sale for the big money spinner vs Lithuania. Then we get told they are fake and we should apply for refunds. @TicketmasterUK insist they are genuine. Then we get moved away from our original seats to much worse ones…

BUT we all bought those tickets in good faith.....to be moved with no explanation, is pretty poor

My original ones have been voided and ive been completely moved to the other side of the arena, opposite the away bench and in worse seats. AND no communication to tell me this or why! Unacceptable

@saintpat1962 I didn't take it as a criticism as such....i just wanted to check as its not the same refs every week or even local ones. Honestly cannot remember ever having those 2 SLB refs at home before - that was all i was meaning
