@BBCr4today please stop your contributors and reporters peddling the false narrative that Victorian sewers are to blame for the state of the nations water infrastructure. https://t.co/MYiK4CuIqh
@BBCWorldatOne Replaying a radio 5 phone-in IS NOT NEWS - I don't care what Mr Dipshit from Anytown thinks about anything - if I did I'd have listened to the shitty little phone in. Get this bullshit off a serious news programme - IT IS NOT NEWS
@Tesco Very disappointed to hear this. As more people are trying to avoid single use plastics, loose leaf tea is making a resurgence. Tesco's should think again. In the meantime the stores are still showing as temporarily unavailable - this photo is from last night
@Tesco Hi Cameron - it's out of stock for delivery and none in stores all over North London and has been for weeks. Rumour on Reddit is that Tesco's are dropping it - a bad move as more people choose to move away from teabags due to plastic pollution.
@RugbyInsideLine For me it's the appalling customer service at Twickenham - bars closing on a whim, glass deposits designed to fleece you of an extra £1 on every pint, bars running out of beer and Guinness yet still allowing gullible punters to queue, clueless stewards. Not to mention the travel.
Expressing support for @GaryLineker. When there are protests on the streets in Georgia the Tories choose to pick a fight about free speech. Disagree with @GaryLineker by all means, but the hypocrisy of trying to silence him when you installed a Tory donor as Chair is bollocks
2/2 Went back in to @Halfords_uk to get my email updated for the receipt and thank the team. Came back to find UKPC has slapped a ticket on the van in an almost empty car park for having 2 wheels in the adjacent bay. Great customer experince @Halfords_uk ruined by greedy UKPC
1/2 Nightmare start to week - van wouldn't start. Managed to get a jump, then down to @Halfords_uk at Friern Barnet Retail Park to get a new battery. Staff their are genuinely helpful and found me the right battery. Changed it right away in the car park outside @Halfords_uk ....
The days of wandering around Occitanie and Languedoc searching for semi-mythical microbreweries has long gone. The French have finally embraced artisan brewing - and I've been enjoying the results. More to follow soon.
Things have certainly changed in Languedoc in the years I've been coming here - tha ks in part to the Beer Cave in Beziers where I picked up 20 artisan French beers from about a dozen different breweries
