When I’m on autopilot and I want to turn on an intersection without using the gps, I would like to press the turn signal turn and by slightly moving the wheel whichever direction I would like to go, I’d like the car turns without disengaging auto pilot.

Just ran the numbers on Trump’s proposed 50-year mortgage using a $400K house, 7% rate, and 4% annual appreciation.

- 30-year loan: You pay ~$959K total, house worth ~$1.35M → net wealth ~$450K after fees/taxes.
- 50-year loan: You pay ~$1.59M total, house worth ~$2.85M → net wealth ~$1.61M.

Same house, same appreciation, but the 50-year drops your monthly payment by hundreds, letting younger buyers actually get in the game. Lower barrier to entry = bigger long-term win. Optional tool, not mandatory. Math checks out. 🧮🏡
