@levelsio I mostly eat wild salmon which is very low in mercury. Sure they might contain other heavy metals but if you’re not over doing it, the benefits imo outweigh the disadvantages.

Even if it’s for micronutrients you’re gonna max the RDA for the key nutrients beef provides after 250g anyway. Also it’s good to add variety, like fish, dairy etc.

The FDA label still carries a boxed warning about thyroid C-cell tumors seen in rats, plus warnings like acute kidney injury, gallbladder disease
