For two years, the left never stopped screaming “constitutional crisis” — at Trump’s executive orders, his judicial picks, his immigration enforcement, his social media posts. It was their default alarm button, deployed so often it lost all meaning.

Now the mayor of New York City — Zohran Mamdani, the far-left socialist — has openly announced that his city will not comply with the Supreme Court’s ruling on Temporary Protected Status for Haitian migrants. He didn’t post it quietly. He put it on the 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐍𝐘𝐂.𝐠𝐨𝐯 𝐰𝐞𝐛𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞, in plain English: New York City won’t honor the ruling. Most Democrats are either silent or applauding.

Not Fetterman. Senator John Fetterman was asked directly about Mamdani’s vow to never accept the SCOTUS ruling. His answer was unambiguous: “𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘵’𝘴 𝘢 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘤𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘴 — 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘳 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘳𝘺’𝘴 𝘭𝘢𝘳𝘨𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘤𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘴𝘢𝘺𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘸𝘦’𝘳𝘦 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘨𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘧𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘰𝘸 𝘰𝘳 𝘩𝘰𝘯𝘰𝘳 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘚𝘶𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘦 𝘊𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘵 𝘴𝘢𝘺𝘴.”

Fetterman had been on record throughout 2025: a real constitutional crisis would require an elected official to actually defy a court ruling. He told the media that 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐦𝐩 𝐚𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐝𝐢𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 — and left-wing outlets savaged him for it. Now Mamdani has done exactly what Fetterman described, and those same outlets are 𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠.

Mamdani’s official statement — posted to the NYC government website — promised Haitian migrants that “New York City is your home, we got your back” in direct defiance of federal immigration enforcement and the Supreme Court’s order. Fetterman notes that the majority of those migrants weren’t even fleeing the 2010 earthquake. They were imported under Biden. That’s what Mamdani is using city hall to protect: a political base built on 𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐥𝐚𝐰.

Lets go over this video. A black teenager gets into a fight with a white kid and his first instinct is to pick up the kid and try to drop his head on the concrete to kill him. The guy behind the camera urges him to do it.

He ends up suplexing himself into unconsciousness and the white kid is stunned but unharmed. The black teen's friends then point guns at the white kid when its clear that their friend's attempt to murder him failed.

The replies to the original video and to others that posted it are full of sympathizers who jump to the conclusion that the white kid deserved it somehow. It's the Austen Metcalf situation all over again and it happens every damn day.
