@samuelthompson Yo the company that makes the Shopify counter also has customizable ones that oyu can control with zapier OR they have a ton of social media ones. https://t.co/ZGZUyQFudo
This not only gives the customer a personalized response but also they know the response came from me directly. This makes them feel special - without me ever having to take calls etc. It's a win-win for the customer & me!
How it works:
1) Customer asks a technicial question
2) Employee checks database for answer 3) Employee either answers the question or let's the customer know they need to check with me
4) I respond in slack
5) Employee adds to FAQ & gives the customer my response.
My team is an extension of me - so if you contact any of my companies, you'll likely never hear MY voice on the other end. BUT you'll always get my answer & my expertise - indirectly through a team member!
I either personally respond directly , give the answer to my customer service to handle for me, or have the answer in our FAQ (internal & in website) so my team can use my answer for future inquiries!
Meaning: I answer everything - whether directly or indirectly.
Things like product recommendations, my technical settings when using products, etc. Since I don't have time for everything I knew I needed to make a system. A system that created as little friction as possible for my customers (who value MY insight and recommendations).
I own & run 3 companies day to day. All 3 require quite a bit of technical knowledge. Technical knowledge that I can't expect customer service employees to know right away - much of which is VERY personal to me. I've developed a system to ensure everyone gets MY insight.
Decided to kick off my X journey today after seeing people like @ecomchasedimond & @iamshackelford crushing it on socials. Branching away from just the "salesy" sites like tiktok/FB/ig.
