@CMAgovUK please take a look at @stubhub and @viagogo , no payments to sellers at the moment and no refunds for buyers. Also they are working on a new platform.. maby @sukhindersingh can tell you more about it...
@TeamStubHub@sukhindersingh Tried that before without result. You're not allowed to change policy when a sale is completed... why do you need to DM me about that? Just pay your sellers and refund your buyers!

@aj_aguayo @StubHub They dont do refunds, only coupons atm but..The agreement at the moment of confirming the sale is leading. You can change your policy for future sales.. but not for sales that allready have been completed.. just not allowed.. moment of sale; cancelled events will be refunded.
