Mindfulness in the Woods events are coming to St Clere. Wanderful is a 'Mindfulness in Nature' community for women, run by Physiotherapist and Mindfulness Teacher with Breathworks, Kate Beynon. The official launch will be in September but Kate is running a one off this week...
