Canoe Creek Road is currently closed at Whaley’s Cove Boulevard due to a crash.

Use Deer Run Road or Pine Tree Drive and any north/south roadway in the Manor to travel around the area.

Please use 10th Street or 17th Street as alternate routes until the roadway is fully reopened.

The @CityofStCloudFL burn ban, issued February 15, has been lifted.
Outdoor burning within city limits, as well as @FLForestService-permitted burning are once again allowed.

The fire has been fully extinguished, with the building sustaining moderate damage. Thankfully, all staff were able to safely exit the building and no injuries have been reported.

COMMERCIAL STRUCTURE FIRE – DQ Grill & Chill

SCFR crews responded this morning to 2601 13th St. at the DQ Grill & Chill, where workers reported smoke and flames at the rear of the restaurant after turning their HVAC system heat on.

2:45 PM UPDATE: The fire is out, and the roadway has reopened. Two homes were evacuated as a precaution, but no damage or injuries have been reported.

🔥 BRUSHFIRE ALERT 🔥

We are working with Osceola Fire Rescue and the Florida Division of Forestry to extinguish a brushfire that ignited near the Esprit community, off of Friars Cove Road. At this time, the entrance to Esprit Lane from Friars Cove Road is closed.

GAS LEAK LEADS TO PARTIAL ROAD CLOSURE

Eastbound US192 is closed after a contractor damaged an underground gas line located between Old Canoe Creek Rd and Neptune Rd this. No injuries have been reported, but nearby Wendy's and IHOP have been evacuated as a precaution.

@StCloudPD will be on scene to direct traffic as @OSCFR HAZMAT crews and utility providers work to seal the leak and make repairs. Please be cautious and observant when driving near first responders.

TRAFFIC ALERT

The entrance to the Florida’s Turnpike at Clay Whaley Road is temporarily closed due to an overturned semi blocking all northbound lanes at MM 244.

Use Osceola Parkway entrance instead.
