The Gospel of John is one of the most puzzling, profound and powerful writings in the Bible. In this semi-intensive unit (delivered over six consecutive weekends), students will explore the person of its author John the Evangelist, "the disciple whom Jesus loved", and the
religious community that grew around him in the late first century, while engaging in a close study of the distinctive literary style, imagery and narrative features of the Fourth Gospel.

St Cyril's is excited to be able to launch a new academic resource which we hope will make a small contribution to the witness of Coptic Christianity to the wider world: the Archive of Contemporary Coptic Orthodox Theology (or "ACCOT"): https://t.co/tXUtCOKBKj
... with many others currently on the site, and even more to be added in the future. ACCOT is the fruit of more than a year's collaboration between St Cyril's, Prof. Nelly van Doorn-Harder and a number of international scholars, translators, publishers and volunteers.
