@aliciaandrz Here are a few of my go-to’s for breakfast; hope they work for you: toast with almond butter or hummus, sous vide egg white bites, keto granola and yogurt, protein balls (found them at Whole Foods but there are others.). Happy to see that you adding attention to your nutrition.

@angeIatheart The fact that the cycle is 6 weeks or so is important to recognize. That’s the same interval as unsupported coping after trauma: folks who say “I’m fine, doing OK” after a serious harm often find things falling apart about 6 weeks afterwards.
@CalltoActivism Even if nothing else goes right with your day, a made bed reflects intention and accomplishment. That counts for something on those crappy days.
