While the FAA cannot evaluate a foreign carrier in its own Country, it can intervene and evaluate a foreign carrier with routes to the USA only in the United States. @H2theRs @airlivenet Can happen to any plane, regardless of age. The 767s and 757s in Deltas fleet are only slightly older. It’s a problem regardless but it’s not entirely blamed on the age of the aircraft.
