I wonder if you can make the case that good CEOs are almost always good interviewers.
This is because good CEOs should be good listeners (not just yappers), and they should be good facilitators (to enable others around them).
There’s this idea, especially expressed by Groene and the Surface team, that in an era of software, you really have no idea what people will use your product for.
