Our final 8th grade spotlight is Marshall Smith. His biggest accomplishments this year are doing well in football and keeping his grades up.

Our next 8th grade spotlight is Kale Ward. His biggest accomplishments in choir are going from a Tenor 2 to a Baritone in two months, learning to use better dynamics, working more on his vowels, and being louder when he sings.

Today’s 8th grade spotlight is Lilly King. Her biggest accomplishments in choir are Ambiance getting sweepstakes twice, how good her class is about working together, and making new friends in choir.

The next 8th grade spotlight is Paul Gilchrist. His biggest accomplishments in choir are making Region and All-State Choir, winning sweepstakes at UIL, and meeting so many wonderful people!

Today’s 8th grade spotlight is Ava Stevens. Her biggest accomplishments in choir are that she is able to control her voice more, that she can sing loud or soft without whispering or yelling, and that she can blend her voice with others.

The next 8th grade spotlight is Fiona Lowe. She is most proud of not only being apart of choir and show choir, but being able to accomplish things like sweepstakes and a few end-of-year awards.

Today’s 8th grade spotlight is Hayden Robinson. His biggest accomplishments in choir are making Region choir twice and earning a spot in the TCDA All-State Choir.

Our next 8th grade spotlight is Tehya Puffinbarger. She is most proud of the friends she made along the way and that she has built such strong bonds with people she didn’t know before.

The next 8th grade spotlight is Mariah McVean. Her biggest accomplishments in choir are getting her black belt her first year of choir, being more confident when singing, and making it into varsity choir.

The next 8th grade spotlight is Ashton Hudak. Ashton says “even though I am very quiet, the choir room is a safe space and I’m happy I’ve broken a little more out of my shell, even if it’s only a little bit at a time.”
