On Saturday our student council environment group came to school to learn how to coppice trees and build a dead hedge. The students worked with Ian McGregor from Gortbrac Organic Farm as part of their ‘Sustownability’ project which began this year and will run for three years.

We are excited that 2 of our students, Niamh Rice and Holly O'Brien, have qualified for the Dublin Junk Kouture Final at the RDS on Tuesday, October 1st, with their outstanding outfit, "Dairy Girls."
This is a significant achievement for the school. Good luck, girls!
