Well… technically, it isn’t. But yes, unloading before handing a firearm to someone is absolutely the correct practice. I just wish he and the journalist, both followed the actual 4 basic gun-safety rules instead of making one up. At least two appear to have been violated: Treat every firearm as loaded and Never point the muzzle at anything you’re not willing to destroy.

Also, why is there cotton stuffed inside the barrel? 🤦‍♂️
And I don't see a holster. Good to see he is in-fact conceal carrying his handgun, since there actually are specific provision in the Arms Rules, 2016 dealing with how a handgun is to be carried in a public place.

𝕃𝔸𝕋𝕌ℝ | Latur Hotel Incident Raises Questions Over Law and Order | A video allegedly highlighting concerns over rising crime in Latur has surfaced, with claims of a disturbing incident at a hotel in the New Renapur Naka area, under the jurisdiction of Vivekanand Police Station, on Tuesday night.

According to allegations, a man allegedly drove his vehicle into the hotel, threatened to shut the establishment within two days, misbehaved with women customers, assaulted people and, reportedly under the influence of alcohol, damaged property inside the hotel.

The allegations are yet to be independently verified. Police investigation is necessary to establish the facts and determine whether any offences were committed.

If such incidents are occurring repeatedly, questions may also arise over preventive policing and patrolling in the area. Citizens and business owners are seeking a thorough inquiry and appropriate legal action against anyone found responsible. @LaturPolice
