@heyjenbartel Artists should just adapt like other professions did. Saying art is an industry that doesn't adapt is shortsighted.
FYI, they had to pay artists to make that intro. Just those artists didn't have to work as hard while they still get paid.
@blabla112345 What bothers me about this is not that seagulls eat squirrels. I've eaten squirrels. What bothers me is the violation of physical laws of the universe, which is why it is so disturbing.
@shadydruid@LauraBaileyVO She should. Make a good villain arc. Matt could have 2 groups going then, Imogen and crew vs the others.
Maybe even have a party split like they're doing now.
@DieinPlace You can replicate scarcity away. I know because mankind already did that. The problem was, scarcity really isn't the only problem. War, drugs, bad life decisions, hate, criminal activity, human trafficking, government corruption, created a world of over supply and undersupply.
@NinthOctopus@AaronThePedant If you are 1/2 Gnome, genetically, then ... what? If D&D wants to be socioligically perfectionist according to society in 2023, then maybe the product will suffer.
I guarantee you, people living 100 years from now will think we are all heathens and morally backward.
@NinthOctopus@AaronThePedant "Half" is justifably racist, because they are different species. Unlike humans who are 1 scientific species, in fantasy worlds, things are actually two different species (races). I don't see the issue with calling a gnome a gnome. It is not a short human, it is a gnome.
