The interpretation of “touching down” was clarified to require an intentional grounding, as the wording is ambiguous - can a player ‘touch down’ by accident of just landing on a ball? The answer was agreed as no.

The absolute apathy from @SkySports for Rugby League is staggering - showing a 2-week old game on broadcast, while relegating a live game to their red-button nonsense.
