Good morning family! I hope you have a great weekend and disconnect a little with friends and family. I am going to make a small summary of my investments in different NFT projects.

When I started investing in NFT projects in @hedera , in most of them I did it to support those creators who were starting out, but as you can imagine this did not end very well (many #Rugs with consequently, many lost #HBARs), once I began to learn that this Web3 and Crypto world is a wild world and that no one guarantees that tomorrow you will wake up and all your assets will be worth $0, I began to do a more selective analysis when investing. I have never liked to have all the eggs in the same pen, as they say here in #Spain and this is why I began to diversify into different types:

𝟏. 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲, 𝐔𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐀𝐫𝐭, 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲: Of course my first bet will always be @KabilaApp , the first because I am a #CoFounder and the second because it is not only an NFT collection, it is a 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲, with workers and that we live thanks to Web3 and our community.
On the other hand, I chose @ShroomiesIO , since studying the #lendingprotocols in other BlockChains like @solana or @Polygon , I saw that they were moving 𝐡𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐨𝐟 $, apart from that the amount of money you can generate by having 𝟐𝟎 𝐒𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐞𝐬 is incredible through Loans (in a Bear Market, I don't want to imagine myself in a Bull Market).

𝟐. 𝐀𝐫𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲: how could it be otherwise, my first bets have always been @deadpixels_club , @HangryBarboons and @TheAfterDarkSC , all of them have very strong communities, they have known how to respond to very difficult situations and have always shown that their communities have been there to support them. The art of all of them is totally incredible and in the case of #ADSC they have also developed their own 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦.

𝟑. 𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐔𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲: here without a doubt @RoosterCartel and @legends_of_past , I think what they are both building is totally incredible and they have shown all the respect of the community for continuing to work so hard in this #BearMarket. There are other gamification projects that I have my eye on that and I think they are amazing, such as 𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬, little by little I will get into them as well.

𝟒. 𝐀𝐫𝐭, 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲, 𝐋𝐨𝐫𝐞, 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞: this position is without a doubt for @DeraGodsNFT , a team that has not stopped working since day one, that has only released 303 NFTs, that is in no hurry to release more and they like to do things very well. The art is the best I have seen in any BlockChain and all the Lore is incredible, apart from all this, they are building their own virtual world and various tools like Raffles, Votings...etc.

I've probably left projects unmentioned but I didn't want to make this thread too big either. Simply think when you invest first about whether you are going to sleep peacefully at night while holding that project, if the founders and team are active, if they have a good community...etc. It is very important to diversify, just think that if even @Google , @Visa, @Mastercard ... are diversifying into different #BlockChains, and it will be for something...
