British people were once so renowned for our education and intellect, our standards and etiquette

Little village schools int he 40s would touch on Latin... my mum would have deportment classes at schools where they marched around with books on their heads..

My dad got a leather set of encyclopaedia for his 21st - such a respected gift in the 50s

And now people walk around in outfits that look like PJs... we hunch over our phones .. and trust everything a programmed BOT has to tell us without checking
