My legal team have written to the BBC demanding a full on air apology and investigation into the defamatory comments made about me on Newsnight.
Enough is enough.

Like so many others, I have been deeply. saddened and disturbed by the circumstances surrounding the death of Henry Nowak.
No family should ever have to endure such a loss, and my thoughts are with Henry's loved ones as they continue to seek answers and justice.
The questions being asked about this case are serious and legitimate.
The public deserves transparency, and Henry's family deserves to know exactly what happened in the moments leading up to his death.
As Shadow Minister for Victims and Community Justice, I Will do everything in my power to ensure these concerns are not swept under the carpet. Victims and their families must always come first, and where mistakes have been made, there must be accountability.
People across Scotland and the wider UK want to know that our Justice system treats everyone fairly and equally. Trust in our institutions depends on that principle.
I will continue to press for answers, stand up for victims, and support efforts to ensure that justice is served.

So Home Sec was allowed to be allowed to be angry over George Floyd
But two tier lefties say we cannot be angry over Henry Nowak
Utter shameless hypocrites
So hang on, even though George Floyd was nothing to do with Britain, left-wing politicians used his death to push for changes here.
But Nigel Farage talking about Henry Nowak, a Brit who died in Britain is “exploiting it and fuelling division”?
One rule for them it seems.
Today in the Scottish Parliament I submitted a motion: Justice for Henry Nowak
Henry was brutally murdered, but when the police arrived instead of trying to save his life - they put him in handcuffs
I suggest we offer our deepest sympathy and hold a minute’s silence in Henry’s memory
There must be a full independent investigation into this shocking police failure
No more excuses
No more two tier justice
I have been speaking out on the Pakistani rape gangs for more than 12 years.
These horrendous crimes took place on a scale that is difficult for decent people to comprehend.
This is an issue that matters more than party politics. I will be speaking at the Westminster Hall debate this afternoon.
@PolitlcsUK So angry
The police are meant to protect us, but they chase diversity targets at the expense of solving proper crime
This must NEVER be allowed to happen again
Britain is lawless
'Mass deportations are racist wah wah, that's more racist than Westminster wah wah'..... we do not care.
We need Mass Deportations Now @MaggieChapman !
Before it is too late.
