26 hours since arriving at Manchester Airport on @British_Airways and finding out that despite arriving at LAX 3 hours early and having priority baggage, they “forgot” it in LA and it would be sent on.

The panel concludes Liverpool fans saved lives and it is "remarkable" that nobody died.
