@BreidenFehoko You do realize this goes both ways. You have to play defense too in the NFL. Kyle Shanahan has the exact same issue. He keeps losing DC's and can't always replace them. Mike Tomlin/Bill Cowher didn't go to a Super Bowl without Dick Lebeau.
