Jordyn Brooks could have easily been traded this off-season and gotten paid elsewhere. Who was going to pay him the most b and did that make a difference? Who knows, but I don't think he's still a Dolphin if Sully doesn't believe he understands the big picture and isn't willing to be a good soldier to the team but also a captain and leader for the youth.

He's telling you right here... there's no way around it if you wanna build a consistent winner the right way.

All of a sudden we have people saying we could have kept Chubb, Minkah, Waddle, and even Tua and James Daniels. Tell me you're angry and irrational without telling me you're angry and irrational.

The Dolphins are setting records for dead cap and rookie playing time in the same year, yet some still can't understand why they can't just be good immediately. Can you just be honest with yourself and admit you love football and the Dolphins but maybe ya just don't understand the team building and business side of things enough.

No one knows if this will work out and it's up to you if you want to believe in it or not, but I can tell you with absolute certainty that the time to judge the GM, HC, QB, and young players is NOT after 2 games.

What's fair is hoping to see improvements at each of the season's checkpoints, but ultimately knowing a truly fair evaluation and opinion can't be formed until we see them in 2027. And even that would be premature for a finalized assessment.

There is a plan in place but it's going to take some time before we start to see it bear any fruit.

So, I'll repeat it; if you don't like it, don't watch.

BREAKING: The NBA has ruled on the Los Angeles Clippers in for salary cap circumvention investigations on Kawhi Leonard after yearlong probe -- stripping the franchise of 5 first-round picks, issuing a $30 million fine to owner Steve Ballmer and suspensions for Ballmer, Lawrence Frank and Gillian Zucker, sources tell ESPN.

Kawhi Leonard will have to pay $700,000 in restitution for improper benefits by the Clippers for his uncle and former business rep, Dennis Robertson. No contract void or suspension for Leonard. And Robertson -- who was fired by Leonard in June -- is being banned by the NBA from all business dealings.
