@martinberger_ch @OracleCloud @Trivadis @Accenture@oracleace Have you tried other "work arounds" ? Ex: spinning up a net new test dbcs, restore from a manual prod backup and then use the automatic dbcs backups again to see if the issue persist? #wildgues
@martinberger_ch @OracleCloud @Trivadis @Accenture@oracleace Are these backups manually done or through the DBCS built in gold/silver/bronze backup options?
@martinberger_ch @OracleCloud @Trivadis @Accenture@oracleace Best to file a SR (I assume you have) and have it checked by the DB service team. I have lots of customers using DB backups and I can honestly tell you that I havent seen any reoccuring issues or hardly any issues if any, at all using DB backups.
@martinberger_ch @myoraclesupport@OracleCloud @martinberger_ch if it does not work in the console let me know (+ screenshots + tenancy ocid). I have a weekly meeting (today) with PM (US) to discuss activation/termination matters.
@martinberger_ch @myoraclesupport@OracleCloud Best to call the Global Support phone nr in your country and ask them to investigate the CSI issue.
Terminating a free trial upgraded to payg from the console should still work without having to file a SR
@martinberger_ch @OracleCloud @Trivadis @AccentureDACH @oracleace Can you send me a DM, one of our multi cloud folks would like to propose a call/talk to see how they can help
@martinberger_ch @OracleCloud @Trivadis @AccentureDACH @oracleace Hi Martin - can you review this is as well (not sure if applicable)

@rechterjos Een slecht voorbeeld ja: juridisch, mag en kan het. Dus kan je de uitspraak, juridisch, ook aan je laars lappen. Als we het anders willen dan moet de wet maar veranderd worden.
@lucdemanche FISMA uses the NIST 800-53 controls, and depending on the sensitivity of the data, it drives what level of FedRAMP a customer should use. NIST and FISMA set the controls, FedRAMP is the proof we meet those controls. If someone wants FISMA high, then they will want FedRAMP high.
