@IamR0galD0rn How i interpret it they had to determine whether she still understood right from wrong, not sane vs insane. If I believe i am napoleon (= insane) i still understand killing my child is wrong -> guilty. If i have a psychosis and believe i see evil monsters instead of kids -> NGRI.

@haystrawman @Americanus84 @CollinRugg I believe a change in the law would make these insanity pleas more acceptable: if they are acquitted due to insanity, then they cannot be released from the mental hospital until a new jury trial where the hospital has to prove beyond reasonable doubt they are no longer a danger.

I never really understood why sexual attraction and self identity have become so grouped together.

@techbrahh For safety reasons only 5 passengers should be allowed on a single flight that need assistance. In case of evacuation they need extra assistance so there is a logical reason for such a restriction. I believe it would clear up the problem quickly

@mlh496 @DJSnM That would be possible for the booster. Starship however would need to be taken back to a bay to load up on cargo anyway. Having a quick inspection and replacement of maybe 5% of the tiles while loading cargo would still be rapid reusability in my book.

@peterrhague Start with a fine, confiscating the bike, camera or phone used and all income of the social media account used posting these videos.

Same with driving without license, take away the car to make society safer for the rest. Sure he can get another, but will be inconvenient.

@anindanet the only way to deal with this kind of scams is to allow the police to confiscate items temporarily until the bill is paid in full + fine. So lose your car or phone or whatever until you pay.

@Basedgoymemes For security reasons the amount of people needing assistance should be limited to 5 per flight. Any more would be too much of a risk in case the plane needs to be evacuated.

I believe any abuse will suddenly disappear once people are bumped to other flights.

@NinaPanickssery Distance. people migrate a lot more than they used to for work or other reasons. While they usually lived in the same town as at least one of the grandparents these days it is not unheard of to live at least 100km away from all grandparents, making it logically unfeasible.

@FarmTownGuy @gerardtbaker The ”defense” of the USA is focused on force projection and offense which is considerably more costly than focusing on defense of the homeland. The USA will have to spend a lot more on logistics to keep the status quo or severly reduce their power projection capabilities.

The USA could easily have universal healthcare like in Europe and spend considerably less.

@Cundalinis_hand @live_free_603 Why not a middle way then? Separate boys/girls for 80% of classes, have some subjects mixed and recess mixed. Same school but separate classes. Social skills can be learned in recess/mixed classes while the other classes are adapted for each gender.
