Elon Musk has officially filed a $100 million lawsuit against Kamala Harris and the Democratic National Committee for repeatedly claiming he “bought, rigged, and stole” the 2024 election.

Musk made it clear he shouldn’t have to endure that kind of defamation simply because he used his voice and resources for a cause he believes in.

“These are the people who lost even after paying for every endorsement under the sun,” Musk said, “and now they need it to make sense, so they blame me.”

He added that he spent less than a billion dollars on the 2024 election — a drop in the bucket for him.
