@HMRCcustomers I am an accountant in NZ. Have a client who has received a taxed lump sum pension pay out. I have a copy of the P45, we need to file a P50 to get a refund. Have tired to file a P50 online but doesn't have a UK postcode so cannot proceed. No response to emails etc.

@HMRCcustomers Should I do the p50z instead? Which i can print or is the normal p50 the correct one? My client has been in NZ over 20 years, and only received the lump sum tax paid pension payout to their NZ bank account, no other UK income..

@HMRCcustomers Thanks for responding but the submit by post link still takes you to an online form to fill out and I cannot get past this page due to no UK postcode.. how do I get to a pdf to print and fill out manually?

@HMRCcustomers I have also tried webchat and have waited over 3 hours for an adviser with no luck. Please tell me how to get this sorted. Thanks :-)
