I usually enjoyed flying with @TurkishAirlines, but when it comes to support it is a desaster. I flew from Istanbul to Cancun. I booked a direct flight. My wife is disabled so we only have one luggage so I can help her walking. We had 27kg and two times 23kg free.

So again I contacted the Airline support only to get a notice that they don't see anything wrong and again just close the ticket.

That really sucks and is not a way to treat disabled people.

@relation23h And again the issue has been closed. I just posted to @TurkishAirlines that I booked a flight from Istanbul directly to Cancun which has been confirmed as such and I get the following answer. Check the screenshot. I never booked a flight to Mexico City or a stop in between...

@relation23h @TurkishAirlines Second thing was the luggage. Why is it free in the way to Cancun, but we were charged on our way back for the same luggage weight. 90€ overweight fee in Cancun. 0€ in Cologne. Same luggage. Same weight. I have to help my wife walking. So we have only one.

@relation23h @TurkishAirlines It is all precisely described in the posts. We booked a direct flight and got the landing in Mexico City. For cleaning my wife had to stand for two hours although she is 100% disabled due to cancer and cannot stand alone. We got the wheelchair service booked.
