Saturated fats and cholesterol are necessary for health:
- They help absorb vitamins A, D, E and K
- Promote digestion and bile acids
- boosting immunity against infections, bacteria and viruses
- lower the risk of cancer, depression and suicide
- Brain essential (30% cholesterol, 60% fat)
- Help prevent osteoporosis, strokes and dementia
- Lower all-cause mortality and protect against toxins

Avoid toxic seed oils such as soy, corn, and canola. They cause oxidation and inflammation. Switch to heart-healthy fats: butter, ghee, tallow, lard, goose fat, virgin coconut oil.
