Cops during the parade yesterday were *useless*. Blocking people from accessing their homes without alternate plans/routes and a complete lack of knowledge of what was going on outside the street they were blocking. Dunno why I expected more.

@being_ulti Would love for NYC to become an ultimate destination for all player types, and believe that "elite" player engagement can be a powerful tool. I'm a big believer in flywheels - small wins that build on each other to gain momentum over time and deliver bigger results.

1) Growth and development - you get better by watching/playing/engaging with better players.
2) Community - I believe that strong communities attract talent and lead to #1. I love to hate on Philly, but they do this really well - PADA is for everyone.

@being_ulti Well thought answers. FWIW the games above aren't accessible unless you're invited in (private goalty game and MWHLP), creating an air of exclusivity. That exclusivity translates to other parts of the pony-nyc relationship.
