@Lf25793600 @CitizensAdvice It is standard procedure. They cannot get the dogs out. With regards to the cage size, all pet transport coming into the country must be to defra regulation. These are scrutinised before coming through the eurotunnel. I have been transporting dogs from overseas for sometime

@Lf25793600 @CitizensAdvice They all come over dirty unfortunately. It’s a three day drive. Overseas dogs are a flight risk and therefore drivers are told not to let them out. You could try and make a civil case against them however if they are using the rescue back up clause you would struggle.

@Lf25793600 @CitizensAdvice Unfortunately it sounds like they are using the rescue back up clause. Most of us have it in our contracts. As the dog is with the rescue there isn’t much you can do, it’s a civil matter. You would need to speak to a solicitor. You should have been given traces paperwork

Not my style I know, but this person called me and told me she had taken Luna into the vet and she was safe. The vet hasn’t had any dogs brought in. When I’ve called the number back it rang out and then she blocked my number.
