It's such an emotional time to be a Raptors fan right now. Kyle retiring with us, Kawhi coming back and wanting the extension, DeMar angling for a reunion, it's just so much at once.
@connor__peters@Rogers_Stadium Was there for Mumford a few weeks back. They used the screens and they were super helpful given the size of the venue. Was very surprised to see they weren’t used tonight.
Jesse Marsch said time and time again this World Cup was about creating moments that lived with Canadians forever.

Barnes is the 1st Raptor ever to record 30+ points, 10+ assists and 5+ rebounds in the playoffs. Also has 2 stocks & 10 FTA, has held Harden to 5-13 FG, and is +18 in 34 mins. With what's at stake, his best game ever and 1 of the greatest playoff performances in franchise history
It's clear President Trump stared down the "experts" who predicted the Iran strikes would be the start of WW3.
Look how quiet they are now.
In Britain, we can only hope for leaders who understand how the geopolitical game is played.
Peace through strength.

Chew on this quote from Ernie Clement.
Uncommon men in an uncommon era playing for an uncommon country that punches above its weight.
The Blue Jays are a team of destiny.
So is Canada. 🇨🇦
Wishing Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff the best of luck in their meetings in Cairo to nail down @POTUS ‘s landmark deal. This may be the last chance to free the hostages and the entire Nation of Israel is praying for their freedom.
I don't like to talk about my private beliefs but it's relevant today.
I come from an Orthodox Christian family. I was baptised. So is my son. I don't go to Church every week but more and more, thanks to my friend @MrWinMarshall.
My only connection to Jewishness is my grandfather, a staunch atheist, who was ethnically Jewish.
To be very clear, I am delighted about my ancestry. As delighted as I am about being Russian, Ukrainian and Greek. And especially grateful for the IQ bump.
But even as someone who is only a little bit Jewish, I have seen a dramatic turn in the last 2 years. One of the things I pride myself on is thinking things through and showing my working. That's how I see my job, really. To take ideas, interrogate them and explain what I think the correct conclusion may be. Since October 7, the number of far left and far right scumbags who try to use my grandfather's ancestry against me to suggest that I can't possibly believe anything I believe other than by virtue of my ancestry has skyrocketed.
I can't imagine how actual Jews are feeling. Blamed for the actions of a government many of them don't support in a country many have never visited. Smeared, lied about and now murdered. Watching ancient blood libels rediscovered and swallowed wholesale by a generation who are too ignorant of history to spot them.
The simple truth is, everyone in Europe owes @DouglasKMurray a massive apology. He was right about everything. The only question is, is it too late to do anything about it?
I hope I'm wrong.
But tonight feels like some sort of invisible line has been crossed that we didn't even know was there. The last time I felt like this was 9/11 when it was clear, without knowing the how and the what, that the world was about to change forever.
Like the rules of the game had been permanently altered and there was simply no going to back to the innocent, peaceful past.
I didn't feel like this when an attempt was made on President Trump's life. If I had to rationalise why I didn't, I guess it's because several US Presidents have been shot at and even assassinated. Somehow it was within the realms of the possible, no matter how awful.
But to murder a young father simply for doing debates and mobilising young people to vote for a party that represents half of America? This is something else.
Charlie's death is a tragedy for his wife, his children and his family. I don't pray often. I am praying for them tonight.
But I fear his murder will be a tragedy for all of us in ways we will only understand as time unfolds.
I hope I'm wrong.
The same people who insisted a few days ago that we didn’t need to do anything because there was no evidence that the Islamic Republic had a nuclear weapons program are now trying to convince you that the regime is only months away from a bomb after we bombed all their nuclear facilities and Israel took out all their top nuclear scientists.
It’s embarrassing anyone is even playing this game.
Look, I'm seeing this from the inside, and am admittedly biased towards our president (and my friend), but there's a lot of crazy stuff on social media, so I wanted to address some things directly on the Iran issue:
First, POTUS has been amazingly consistent, over 10 years, that Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon. Over the last few months, he encouraged his foreign policy team to reach a deal with the Iranians to accomplish this goal. The president has made clear that Iran cannot have uranium enrichment. And he said repeatedly that this would happen one of two ways--the easy way or the "other" way.
Second, I've seen a lot of confusion over the issue of "civilian nuclear power" and "uranium enrichment." These are distinct issues. Iran could have civilian nuclear power without enrichment, but Iran rejected that. Meanwhile, they've enriched uranium far above the level necessary for any civilian purpose. They've been found in violation of their non-proliferation obligations by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), which is hardly a rightwing organization.
It's one thing to want civilian nuclear energy. It's another thing to demand sophisticated enrichment capacity. And it's still another to cling to enrichment while simultaneously violating basic non-proliferation obligations and enriching right to the point of weapons-grade uranium.
I have yet to see a single good argument for why Iran needed to enrich uranium well above the threshold for civilian use. I've yet to see a single good argument for why Iran was justified in violating its non-proliferation obligations. I've yet to see a single good pushback against the IAEA's findings.
Meanwhile, the president has shown remarkable restraint in keeping our military's focus on protecting our troops and protecting our citizens.
He may decide he needs to take further action to end Iranian enrichment. That decision ultimately belongs to the president. And of course, people are right to be worried about foreign entanglement after the last 25 years of idiotic foreign policy.
But I believe the president has earned some trust on this issue. And having seen this up close and personal, I can assure you that he is only interested in using the American military to accomplish the American people's goals. Whatever he does, that is his focus.
The United States condemns the sanctions imposed by the governments of United Kingdom, Canada, Norway, New Zealand, and Australia on two sitting members of the Israeli cabinet. These sanctions do not advance U.S.-led efforts to achieve a ceasefire, bring all hostages home, and end the war.
We reject any notion of equivalence: Hamas is a terrorist organization that committed unspeakable atrocities, continues to hold innocent civilians hostage, and prevents the people of Gaza from living in peace. We remind our partners not to forget who the real enemy is.
The United States urges the reversal of the sanctions and stands shoulder-to-shoulder with Israel.
Jews are no longer safe in Canada. That’s a fact, not a feeling. And we as politicians are in no small part to blame.
We must all stand with Israel and Canada's Jewish community, and always fight for their freedom and safety. WATCH:
