$VXIT - We are building this company from the inside out.
Not just the technology. Not just the business. The infrastructure underneath the public company itself.
That is one of the reasons @MarketFortress matters so much to Lavish Enterprises. Better systems. Better controls. Better records. Better accountability. We have an opportunity to strengthen that foundation now, while we are building, instead of trying to bolt it on later.
Our goal is to one day graduate from the OTC to a senior exchange, and I believe the technology we are building with FleetPath has the potential to prove itself and put us in a position to achieve that goal. While we continue to build day in and day out, our job is also to make sure the public company behind FleetPath is being built to rise with it.
Market Fortress Paper No. 3 explains what “Institutional Grade” means to us and why the infrastructure underneath our public company matters.
We are not building $VXIT for where it trades today. We are building it for where we intend to take it.

Every platform claims to be Institutional Grade.
It is about the software behind a public company’s numbers, and a standard you can actually check.

It’s not my tweets. It’s a legacy cap table we inherited, and the market is working through it. I’m going to continue being transparent about what we’re building, what we’re accomplishing and where this company is going. Shareholders will make their own decisions. My job is to keep executing and building value for those who choose to be here.
$VXIT - This is the game changer I’ve been waiting to show everyone.
We designed FleetPath Ace to become the greatest employee a carrier could ever ask for. One that never forgets a deadline, never stops looking for missed revenue, never gets tired of repetitive work, stays ahead of problems before they happen and can go to work across virtually every part of the operation.
Ask Ace a question or give it something that needs to get done, and Ace goes to work.
It can find delivered loads that were never invoiced. Catch detention while the truck is still at the dock. Stay ahead of drug testing, expiring credentials, compliance requirements and maintenance. Help with dispatch, billing, claims, permits, finance and so much more. And it is designed to proactively find what needs attention without waiting for someone to ask.
All while the carrier decides exactly where Ace can work, what it can do and how much authority it has.
FleetPath was built to connect the trucking company. FleetPath Ace is being built to help operate it.
I believe Ace is the part that changes the way trucking companies operate.

$VXIT - Today, we unveil a major breakthrough for FleetPath. Meet FleetPath Ace, an autonomous operator built to help do the work of running a trucking company. FleetPath connected the operation. Ace is built to help operate it. This changes everything.👇

$VXIT - I see the large blocks of stock being sold into our market, so I went directly to our transfer agent today and confirmed the facts. No new shares have been added to DTC since June, and I am not currently aware of any planned additions. Shareholders are free to make their own decisions, and I respect that. My job is to keep building and executing, and that is exactly what we are doing.
Tomorrow, we reveal what I believe is the true game changer behind FleetPath and one of the biggest reasons I believe what we have built is unlike anything else available to the trucking industry.
Some will stay. Some will leave. Either way, it doesn’t change what we are building or where we are going. Our focus remains exactly where it has been from day one. Build something extraordinary and prove it through execution. We will keep executing. We will keep delivering.
@TheBigRuss77 It really was.. especially in entertainment. Through all the trials and tribulations, god led me here. I’ve been working for 20 years to get to this breakthrough I’ve been praying for and I believe I’m finally walking through it now.
$VXIT - I have been building companies long enough to know when a week changes things. This past week did.
Yesterday, we wrote the plan for how a new trucking company gets introduced to FleetPath and how every person inside that company gets taught the platform around the job they actually do. Today, it is in production. Our team has been absolutely cooking, and the speed at which this platform is coming together right now is something special.
Here is the part I would want to understand if I were holding shares. There are 19 different verticals of trucking, and a car hauler, fuel tanker, reefer fleet and logging operation do not run the same business. Most software picks a lane and stays there. We built one system on one codebase that reshapes itself around the operation using it, functionally adapting to each trucking vertical we support. And it all works across the web, iPhone, iPad, Android phones and Android tablets. That is a massive part of what makes FleetPath different.
The financial side of the platform was perfected this week too. Invoicing. IFTA. Driver pay. Settlements. More pieces of the operation are now connecting inside one system instead of living across separate software, spreadsheets and processes.
We also completely rebuilt how a company learns FleetPath. The dispatcher learns dispatch. The driver learns the truck. Accounting learns the books. Every person is taught the part of the platform built around what they actually do, right when they onboard, instead of sitting through a tour of somebody else's work.
We are still pre-beta. The doors are not open yet, but our first carrier is signed and ready, and we are working with them every week to prepare their operation for FleetPath. There is still work ahead of us, but something changed this week. We can now see a clear path to the starting line.
For the first time, this doesn't feel like a platform we are trying to build. It feels like a platform we are getting ready to hand to the trucking industry. I couldn't be more excited.
We have some very special things on the horizon that complement everything we are doing, but I wanted to check in this Sunday and say one thing:
We are close.
Fair question. I built one of the largest concert production companies in Las Vegas with over 100 people under me before Covid took us out. Since I started on Wall Street 20 years ago I’ve taken dozens of companies public and directly assisted with their business development on every one of my clients. I hope you can judge us for what we do going forward because we really have something special being built here.

Pick any number in your last filing. Ask where it came from.
If the answer takes a phone call, a search, or someone's memory, you do not have a record. You have a recollection.

$VXIT - Lavish Enterprises unveils FleetPath Intelligence, designed to detect disruptions as they happen, coordinate the response and help carriers protect the economics behind every load. Ninth in our 12-part FleetPath technology disclosure series.

$VXIT - The FleetPath testing will take place on 3 trucks: two iPhones, one Android, 3 tablets, one reefer and two dry vans. We specifically wanted different devices and different types of freight running through the system. This isn’t about how many trucks they own. It’s about putting FleetPath through the first set of real-world scenarios and seeing how the entire system performs.
About two years ago, FleetPath was a vision. Today, we have our first signed carrier preparing to put our full technology stack to work inside a live trucking operation. $VXIT
$VXIT - We are elated to announce FleetPath’s first carrier partnership for its planned controlled beta, marking a major milestone as we prepare to put the full FleetPath ecosystem to work in live trucking operations.
