@TPEassist @BTP This morning , I was on the 7:29 TPExpress from Liverpool South Parkway to Manchester Piccadilly this. I was sat in the front coach next to first class. Two young males got on at South Parkway and proceeded to play music loudly on their phones.

A passenger asked if they would turn it down. The young males responded with vile language. Another passenger intervened and asked them to put the music down, this was also met by vile language but also threatening behaviour.
