@PureGym hi I joined the hartlepool gym several weeks before opening. I paid the £15 fee to join, my wife and 2 daughters have just joined a paid no fee , can I get a refund for the £15 ? Thanks

@northernassist The money isn't the issue , it would be approximately 40p . You leave young , elderly , and vulnerable people alone and stranded regularly in the North east .
