Listen up, patriots, this boils my blood. Five majestic bald eagles, our national symbol of freedom and strength, slaughtered in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula in just two weeks.

No natural causes, no predators. Straight-up poaching by some gutless coward.

These birds represent everything we stand for as Americans. Killing them is spitting on our heritage. DNR and Fish & Wildlife are investigating, but we need eyes and ears on the ground.

I read a new feed that had some speculation of what has happened on our farm. Scott Weese writes many false accusations to due with the farm and facts on the virus at our farm. I am not allowed to share the feed but I am setting the record straight with actual facts and advents that happened at our farm.
We never had our day in court and now all needs to be shared!!
There is a reason that proper testing and monitoring needs to be a part of the NEW CFIA. A simple PCR test that clearly states on the test "not for diagnostic purposes" says it all. PCR tests only test for the "H" not the "N" , Dr. Steve Pelech states that you need the "N" to make it a virus and adhere to a cell.

When the farm did a Freedom of Information inquiry they found that the virus on the farm was a HYBRID. 3 Chromosomes were low pathogenic and 5 chromosomes were high pathogenic. This makes it a hybrid which means "It can never get the efficacy of a HIGH path" This means that the farm never had a virus that could be a threat to the public and therefore NON Reportable. The CFIA knew this but never told the public that is why they would not test the live birds.
The farm followed its quarantine protocols better than the CFIA as demonstrated while the CFIA was on the farm to prepare and perform the criminal massacre of the strong survivors, prosecuted for being survivors, that would never get the virus again nor get sick from the virus again.

While the CFIA was on the farm there were multiple pictures taken of them wearing street clothes in the quarantine area, not to mention when they first arrived they set up camp in the hottest part of the quarantine zone with their campers and vehicles and street clothes allowing hay trucks, RCMP personnel and vehicles, septic trucks, dumpster trucks, medic trucks, fire trucks, feed trucks all with personnel to drive in and out of the hottest part of the zone without disinfecting any one person or vehicle before driving onto the highway

CFIA underfed the ostriches and broke their own interim stay order rules “maintain custody” which means take care as status quo. Take care of the birds exactly the same as they were until there is a decision. This meant the birds should never have been chased out of the hurt pen and expected to run in the large group, CFIA should have given medical attention to the birds they hurt.
The ostriches should have been monitored and tested and Canada should have learnt something from them and how they could be a solution for the problem. Instead CFIA can never be wrong and strongly stands behind policies that are inefficient and not effective.

This farm had no implications on trading in their remote zone and the farm was not selling it meat for human consumption. The farm brought the US , RFK, Dr. Oz, John Catsimidius, largest trading partners to the table and were ignored.

When the hit men came into the pen they were all in street clothes and never wore any PPE and one person even brought their dog to the scene.
Lets do the math, even if CFIA was right saying there was 314 birds which they told the attorney general a solid number of 330 birds and in actuality there were more then that on the farm the time CFIA pushed the farmer aside and occupied the farmers property.

Even at 314 birds the average weight of 350 pounds per bird into only 5 dumpsters is an impossibility. That would make it 63 birds per dumpster.
May Canada stand up to this and ask themselves is this our Canada? Do we allow the people in power to walk over the people?

Make their rules as they go changing them to suit their situation and not for the situation. We did not comply as we did not separate the boys from the girls in the middle of winter after the birds were happy and healthy. New quarantine rule set by CFIA after two months into the quarantine. We did not cover a frozen pond area that had no ducks near it as it was frozen and would have only hurt wild life. These are some of the main reasons CFIA say that we did not follow protocols of the quarantine. Meanwhile we had foot bathes, disinfectant that they recommended and pressure sprayers, followed movement logs and disinfected the infected areas as we went including scrapping the main quarantine soil even knowing after high hot temps reached in the summer sterilized the soil as it does get very hot where we live.
This is a lot to take in but we can go on and on about how this entire advent was such a mis handled, criminal and mostly in humane way to handle this.

There were over 900 rounds of gun fire for over 300 ostriches, and we can all do the math how many shots per bird that is and then hearing more shots the next morning when they returned to kill the poor animals that suffered through the night with possible multiple shots already in them and laying around their own family of ostriches wondering why the world is so cruel when they had such an amazing life before these government officials showed up at their farm.
