I hope we 👀 beta-lactams positioned more favorably for treatment of pyelo (including completion of outpatient 💊 therapy) in the next round of UTI guidelines!

As a bonus, ~20% of beta-lactams were cephalexin/cefadroxil. 1st gen cephs for the win! 🏆
