It may not be used as evidence. He did, however, replace it with a LIVE statement addressing everything knowing twitch staff knows the truth. Remember when a LIVEstream was new? And everyone was amazed by it? Yeah that holds up in court.

We got a LIVE statement that by now has been published by every outlet and can't really be twisted and they have to cover it because thats thier job. And they can't risk twisting shit this time because they were part of who he targeted.
