@RCNconnects @RCNconnects finally replied to my DM with a poor, generic response give their requests for addresses and the like from others. I did better with phone support, and magically/unrelated our service is back! I’m pulling for those still waiting on service and withholding judgement.

@RCNconnects This is getting pretty ridiculous. Most of our neighbors used WOW, but many have jumped ship over this. I’m trying to give y’all a chance, but we’re approaching 3 days with no service and near inaccessible phone support. Sent my DM in hopes of an update… 🤞
