@ComdtAC@aircadets We were lucky enough to be able to watch this as we were on annual camp at Cranwell. Think the RAF can now expect 38 new recruits in the next few years. It definitely inspired them!
@RichMaddisonRAF @staffswing@aircadets The cadets and I had an amazing week at Cranwell. Thank you to everyone who helped make our week there so wonderful. They’re all asking if we can go again! @ComdtAC@RCWalesandWest1
@WhistleblowingT When OFSTED came in they asked to be taken to the hardest teacher. I said it was me and I had to fight the HMI in the playground whilst all the other inspectors stood round in a circle chanting “fight” until Amanda Spielman came and broke it up. I got outstanding for my jab.
A great reason to walk but most importantly a better reason to talk. They have a rest day today but take a look at the route and go a offer support if you can. @RAFAC_MHealth https://t.co/55IO2oQWKP

@Aid3ww I honestly know that the police take it seriously. I think what made it difficult was that I was reporting it but wasn’t the victim. Been in touch with both her and her mum since and happy to say she’s moved back in with her mum.
Off to my local police station to see if it is actually possible to speak to a human. Didn’t realise it was this difficult to get help for a victim of domestic violence. Got her to a safe place but on a mission now!
Last day of training for our cadet advocates today. A big thank you to the members of the MH&R training team who have supported the 14 training sessions since last Sunday. Am really excited to see what we can achieve next week.
What an outstanding tweet to read! I know how much @RAFAC_MHWR and her team have invested in this and the only reason is to better support our cadets! Simply amazing to see this come to fruition - well done all involved!
📢 Calling all cadets!
We want to give you the opportunity to train as Cadet Mental Health Advocates. As Advocates, you will be empowered to deliver basic mental health training to your fellow cadets.
We are holding several 2-hour train the trainer sessions all this week.
Today is #TimeToTalk Day, which encourages people to have open conversations about #mentalhealth in order to build supportive communities.
So today we're sharing our top tips for talking to someone about how they are feeling 👇
