@PANDORA_NA @NadieM18 No reply @PANDORA_NA so I chatted online, was denied return as now over 30 days. I was assured in writing Jan 6 of exchange past 30 days in store due to the lockdown in Toronto. Now told no exchanges of online merchandise! Misleading policy is despicable business practice.

@PANDORA_NA @Pandora_OC will not exchange a ring for a different size if we purchased online. Please refrain from telling customers they can exchange in store with receipt. NOT in Oshawa - they’re a franchise. Both managers refused.
