Hi there - thanks for your kind words. Our budget guidelines are based on Standard Financial Statement (SFS) figures which are updated annually. These are only guidelines however, and clients can add meaningful comments into their budget to explain why a cost may be higher. The most important thing for us is that clients' budgets reflect their circumstances, so we are giving advice tailored to their situation.

🚪We are disappointed that statutory regulation of bailiffs was not included. This is a change that would protect some of the most vulnerable people in debt, and we will keep pushing for it to be included in this parliamentary session.
💳 We look forward to engaging with the government on the Financial Services Bill to improve financial inclusion and support low-cost borrowing. Initiatives such as the No Interest Loan Scheme are essential in reaching consumers currently excluded from mainstream lending.
