And if you look at the stats children that are in foster care and up with mental problems and do resort to Crime because they have no choice

And a majority of them will probably grow up to be criminals. Because of the life they had to endure. A small % of them make it into a real home

@jpetrie_canada @AddisTweets @Momma_D29 The victims thing happens in any court of law. Because your not a victim till you are proven guilty. Because calling someone a victim in court presumes guilt. And you are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
