account owner: I am currently sober and I stopped counting the days to keep track. I am not on any drugs, no alcohol, nothing. I did have a brief relapse after my moms passing but I am sober now and utilizing the services necessary.

I am not suicidal and have been on my depression and anxiety medication. I have been using DeKalb Community Service Board for addiction treatment and services as well as Psychotherapy and seeing a psychiatrists.

AGAIN: I am not suicidal and have been taking my depression and anxiety medication. I do not have any thoughts of harming myself or others.
