Women’s activism is necessary but not sufficient. It needs all of us. ♂️ can powerfully advocate, champion, and role model what inclusion and belonging looks like. This genuine leadership acts to de-threaten change and creates a ‘pull’ rather than a ‘push’.

Interesting discussion last night by @stephen_hadlow presenting a skill acquisition perspective on #trainingload. Great presenters all round with @NigelAJ7 and Ian Morrow at the #ESSA sport science meet-up.
Sleep tracking can be useful- however, non-validated devices + no feedback on HOW to change sleep + no behaviour change strategies can both decrease effectiveness and may do more harm than good. Wise words from one of the best @michaelgrandner https://t.co/15jQpwwIX4
