@vintedUK @vinted I’m shocked that your customer service is no longer replying to me and I’m out of an item or the money that was due for it. You say I had insufficient packaging but then post videos recommending the same packaging?!?

@vinted you should warn sellers that should a buyers dog rip open all the packaging and chew the item, that they will not get their money or their item back. Customer service have stopped replying and now I’m out of both, even with proof of my packaging pre post
